1. TT Sports and Prestige Limited cannot guarantee the accuracy of information given on this site or other advertised platforms.
Specifications and prices are indications for information purposes only. Please contact the selling dealership to confirm all prices and specifications before proceeding. Any mileages quoted are approximate and may not be guaranteed - please confirm with the selling dealership before your purchase. Specifications of models can change from time to time. We reserve the right to change the specification of any product. Technical data relating to any vehicle displayed on our website is provided by the manufacturer of the vehicle. It has not been verified by us and is subject to change without notice. Please refer to the manufacturer's literature for the assumptions and bases on which any technical data has been calculated. The information given is not intended to form the basis of any contract, and is merely an invitation to treat. Contracts can only be made by completing and signing an order form at the selling dealership and paying a deposit. Any contract made with us is subject to our Standard Terms of Business on all of our order forms.
2. Payments to TT Sports and Prestige Limited.
TT sports and Prestige accept payments by the following methods. All payments and balances should be made 24 hours prior to collection / delivery.
Cash to a limit per purchase of £9000. All payments in cash must be pre authorised by TT Sports and Prestige Limited. By debit or credit card (up to £2000 ... unless agreed by TT Sports and Prestige Limited prior to payment). By Bank Transfer, Chaps, Bacs or Online Banking Transfer. Our bank sort code and account details for payment will be given to you at point of purchase prior to collection or delivery. We will not change our sort code or account number prior to collection or delivery. TT Sports and Prestige Limited will not be held responsible for payments made in error to alternative 3rd parties.
DEPOSITS are taken as security of purchase. A legal contract is entered into it by both parties. The SELLER enabling us to prepare your selected vehicle for collection, and the BUYER removing the vehicle from Sale (no other offers will be considered). The deposit is taken and forms part of this contract binding both parties. The deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE unless the vehicle has been mis-described or misrepresented. A change in mind or change in one’s personal circumstances does not entitle the buyer or seller to break this contract and in such cases the deposit will not be returned.
3. Credit Intermediary/Broker Status Disclosure.
TT sports and Prestige Limited is an Appointed Representative of Automotive Compliance Limited who is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA No 497010).Automotive Compliance Limited permissions as a Principal firm allows TT Sports and Prestige Limited to act as a credit broker, not as a lender, for the introduction to a limited number of lenders. We are Authorised and Regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Finance is Subject to status. Other offers may be available but cannot be used in conjunction with this offer. We work with a number of carefully selected credit providers who may be able to offer you finance for your purchase.
We are a credit broker and not a lender. We can introduce you to a limited number of lenders and their finance products. We are not an independent financial advisor and we act as their agent for this introduction. We may provide you with guidance to ensure that we can find you a suitable product for your personal circumstances and requirements, although you are not obliged to take our advice or recommendation. We do not charge you a fee for our services. Whichever lender we introduce you to, we will typically receive commission from them (either a fixed fee or a fixed percentage subject to the amount you borrow). For your reassurance, all of the lenders we work with could pay commission at different rates, but the commission we receive does not influence the interest rate you will pay. Our aim is to secure finance for you at the lowest interest rate you are eligible for from our panel of lenders. If you ask us what the amount of commission is, we will tell you in good time before the Finance agreement is executed. All finance applications are subject to status, terms and conditions apply, UK residents only, 18’s or over. Guarantees may be required. Sub-prime finance is not guaranteed and may cost more than finance provided by a prime lender. We will try to obtain finance for you but there is no guarantee. It may be from a sub-prime lender and if so, the cost of finance may be at a higher rate than prime lenders
4. Jurisdiction and Law.
This site is intended for the use of customers in the United Kingdom only. It was created and is operated according to the laws of England. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and to the laws of England.

The inclusion of any link to such sites does not imply endorsement by us of the sites or the services or products offered on such sites. 6. Severability
If any of these terms and conditions become or are declared to be illegal or otherwise unenforceable by any Court of competent jurisdiction such terms shall be deemed deleted (to the extent necessary) and all remaining terms shall remain in full force and effect.
7. Limitation of Liability
TT Sports and Prestige Limited excludes all liability (other than liability for death and personal injury) resulting from your access and use of the site.
8. Data Protection
If you are taking out finance with your vehicle purchase the information you have provided for the finance proposal will be disclosed to lenders for the purposes of considering your credit application. Lenders may use this information to carry out searches with credit reference agencies. A record of those searches will be kept and may be used by other lenders in accessing applications from you and members of your household for credit in the future. Lenders will cross check this information with other lenders to help prevent fraud.

10.Distance selling regulations -
Using our 'Click & Collect' or having your car Delivered through TT Sports and Prestige Limited the terms and conditions of your sale will change. To ensure you fully understand how this affects your purchase please carefully read the points below
**Cancellation under the Distance Selling Regulations during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Ordinarily we do not run an organised distance selling scheme.
However, due to the coronavirus outbreak we need to support our valued customers by delivering your vehicle to your home.
If you have ordered and taken delivery of your vehicle without visiting our showroom and you are not buying the car in the course of your trade or business, the following cancellation clause applies:
You have 14 days to get to know your new vehicle and to make sure it suits you. If you change your mind just let us know in writing by post or in email to reach us by 6pm on the 14th day following delivery and we will come and collect the vehicle for a refund.
We cannot accept a return of the car if it has been damaged, modified or altered from the condition it was delivered in.
An excess mileage charge of £1 per mile for any mileage over 250 miles in those 14 days will apply. If you do change your mind you cannot use the car once you have notified us - but you must still tax and insure the vehicle until it is collected.
This cancellation (change of mind) clause does not affect any separate rights given to you in The Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (as amended).
Click & Collect
For reasons of fraud prevention, we are only able to hand over the vehicle if we are satisfied with your proof of identification. Please ensure you bring a valid photo ID with you (such as a current driving licence or passport). We will be using UV Lamps to verify authenticity.
We will not be able to release your vehicle or confirm your collection slot until we are satisfied all the documents have been received and meet our requirements.
Collection of your vehicle will take place at an agreed time and location subject to adhering to Government guidelines and subject to availability. We will ensure that safe distancing measures are being followed, operating a safe no contact hand over.
Home Delivery
For reasons of fraud prevention, we are only able to deliver to your home address and prior to arranging delivery we will require a proof of your current address to be sent to us. This proof can be any of the following (Vehicle registration Document and photo driving licence in your current address).
Delivery of your vehicle will take place at an agreed time to your home address adhering to Government guidelines and subject to availability. Should you, for any reason, be unable to sign/accept this delivery on the agreed day then you will be liable for the cost of this and any subsequent charges to return it.
Upon receipt of your vehicle it is imperative that you fully inspect its physical condition. "Once you have signed to accept the vehicle we unfortunately cannot accept liability for any damage which was not noted when the vehicle is signed and agreed for by yourself at delivery".
We can only deliver to the address on the V5 and you must be present at time of delivery as no other person can sign for the vehicle on your behalf. The delivery driver will need you to provide your driving licence as proof of ID.
Please note that the following terms and conditions apply to both Click & Collect and Home Delivery
You are entitled to a “cooling off period” in which you can change your mind about your purchase. This period begins from the day you collect your vehicle or it is delivered to you and is valid for 14 days.
If you wish to return your vehicle, then we must be notified in writing within this 14-day period. Upon receipt of your request, we will contact you to acknowledge receipt and make arrangements for your order to be cancelled.
Your vehicle must be returned to us to our premises within 48 hours of your cancellation. This period will begin from the day we acknowledge your rejection request. Any extension to this period will be at our discretion and additional charges may be incurred. Rejections in writing by recorded Delivery to TT Sports and Prestige Limited, Unit 17 Derby Trading Estate, Derby DE21 4BE.
Your refund will be made within 14 days of the vehicle being returned to us. This 14-day period will begin from the day we sign to accept the return of the vehicle to our premises.
You are liable for the vehicle from the point of collection or delivery. If you choose to cancel within your cooling off period, then you remain liable for the vehicle until it is returned and signed for by ourselves. You will be liable, and charged, for any damage present which was not noted when you accepted the vehicle. Any cost will be deducted from your final refund amount or charged to you and we will require the funds to be with us within 72 hours.
To receive a full refund, a maximum additional mileage of 150 miles from the recorded mileage is allowed. If you cover any additional mileage, then an excess mileage charge of £1.50 plus VAT per mile will be deducted from your final refund amount or charged to you and we will require the funds to be with us within 72 hours.
You must make your own arrangements for the return of the vehicle if you decide to cancel.
If you decide to return your vehicle, we will do all we can to find another vehicle for you to buy from our stock. If you decline or we are unable to find an alternative vehicle we won’t be able to return to you any vehicle you part-exchanged as part of the deal.
If the agreed value of the vehicle you part-exchanged was less than the amount used to settle the finance agreement of the vehicle you part-exchanged (known as negative equity) then you are liable for this difference and this amount will be deducted from your final refund amount or charged to you and we will require the funds to be with us within 72 hours.
No refund will be made until the vehicle has been inspected and signed for by a member of our team. If we intend to make any deductions from your final refund amount, then you will be made aware of that amount prior to the refund.
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights

At TT Sports and Prestige Limited we pride ourselves on delivering first class customer satisfaction to all our customers, however we understand that every now and again we unfortunately don’t meet expectations. When this happens the first step to take is to get in contact with a member our team.
If you have a General complaint: For complaints relating to non-regulated activities, this is anything concerning the dealership, sales or after sales.
